The Association of Professional Chefs Nigeria (APCN) strives to make a profound difference in the careers of chefs by disseminating the wealth of knowledge acquired by our members through international food promotions, competitions, workshops, educational conferences, and diverse learning opportunities. Our membership comprises catering and hotel company directors, restaurateurs, chefs, cooks, culinary educators, apprentices, and trainees, representing a wide spectrum of the catering industry.

Who is a Chef?
A Chef is a trained professional with higher-level skills in preparing food in a Kitchen, Restaurant and other food services establishments.
Chefs often have extensive culinary or apprenticeships training broad understanding of cooking techniques, kitchen management, food safety and hygiene.
