The Association of Professional Chefs Nigeria (APCN) strives to make a profound difference in the careers of chefs by disseminating the wealth of knowledge acquired by our members through international food promotions, competitions, workshops, educational conferences, and diverse learning opportunities. Our membership comprises catering and hotel company directors, restaurateurs, chefs, cooks, culinary educators, apprentices, and trainees, representing a wide spectrum of the catering industry.
