I am a registered member of the Association of Professional Chef Nigeria (APCN) Borno chapter, I joined the Association in the year 2022. Joining the association broadened my knowledge of culinary skills. My network and connectivity increased both in Nigeria and African countries. Through APCN I was able to get connected with some chefs that made me travel down to Ghana to feed 5,000 inmates at Nsawam prison Ghana. I have no regrets ever since I joined the association. I urged chefs who are yet to register to come and experience culinary skills and training.
