I would like to express my gratitude to the Association of Professional Chefs Nigeria. Since joining the association in 2019, I have experienced significant growth in my career. The annual national workshops and seminars, along with the exposure gained through the West African Food Festival (WAFFEST), have been invaluable. These opportunities have taken me to various West African countries, enhancing my culinary skills and broadening my horizons. I take pride in my profession and feel confident in my abilities, thanks to the support of this association.
