Daniel E David, also known as Chef_SND, here. I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the Association of Professional Chefs Nigeria (APCN) for the immense impact they’ve had on my life and career. APCN has been instrumental in propelling my journey from a trainee chef to a professional one. Thanks to the opportunities provided by APCN, I’ve had the privilege of dining and networking with esteemed individuals, including royalty. I attribute all of this success to the grace of God and the support of APCN.
